Felicia Morgan and Carthel Morgan Death:Tragic Overdose Claims Father and Daughter in Cullman County
CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. (WBMA) — The Cullman County Coroner’s Office has confirmed a tragic incident in which two individuals were found deceased inside a vehicle in the town of Colony.
The victims have been identified as Felicia Morgan, 37, and Carthel Morgan, 63, both residents of nearby Hanceville. Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick confirmed the two were father and daughter.
According to Kilpatrick, preliminary findings point to a lethal combination of drugs as the cause. He stated the cause and manner of death for both individuals has been ruled as an accidental methamphetamine overdose.
