Williamsport, Pennsylvania – A tragic incident at a local Olive Garden has sent shockwaves through the community, with the death of employee Chris Peay following a severe self-harm attempt. Authorities have confirmed the case as a suicide, leaving colleagues, witnesses, and the wider public deeply affected.

The incident, which occurred on January 30th within the restaurant’s kitchen, involved Peay, a cook, who reportedly inflicted severe burn injuries upon himself by entering a deep fryer. Staff members witnessed the distressing event and attempted to intervene before emergency services arrived.
