Fowler, Illinois Man Dies in Marion County ATV Accident
A tragic accident Friday night claimed the life of a Fowler, Illinois man after an all-terrain vehicle crash near Philadelphia, Missouri. Authorities identified the victim as Justin Haubrich, 37.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Haubrich was riding a 2005 Kawasaki ATV on private property when the vehicle went off an embankment. The ATV overturned during the incident, ejecting Haubrich. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene late Friday evening following reports of the crash.
Marion County Coroner Rick Jones pronounced Haubrich deceased at the scene shortly after 11 p.m. Multiple agencies responded to the accident, including the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Marion County Ambulance, Marion County R-2 Fire Department, Palmyra Fire Department, and Air Evac. Despite their efforts, Haubrich succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
