Spencer and Monique Tepe Death,Autopsies Reveal New Details in Tepe Couples
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Newly released autopsy reports from the Franklin County Coroner’s Office provide grim details into the December shooting deaths of Spencer and Monique Tepe.
The reports confirm both victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Spencer Tepe, 40, was shot seven times, sustaining fatal injuries to his head, neck, and chest. Monique Tepe, 39, was shot nine times, with wounds to her face and chest. The coroner noted she was shot at close range.

Authorities determined both died at 10:11 a.m. on Dec. 30. They were found later that day in their Weinland Park home. Their two young children were present but unharmed.
Monique Tepe’s ex-husband, Michael McKee, faces two counts of aggravated murder. He remains held without bond in the Franklin County Jail after entering a not-guilty plea. The detailed autopsy findings will likely play a critical role as the case proceeds through the court system.
